Recently built in Fall of 2023, this home, nicknamed: “Luna”, is set in the stunning Palmetto Bluff Community. This resort community is a destination for families, couples, and friends. With so many activities on property you can make your stay whatever you like… a respite or an adventure!

Luna sits nestled in nature, adjacent to walking trails and steps away from the May River. Each room of this house is uniquely decorated and features quality furniture, designer fixtures, and decorative touches.

living areas

The layout is perfect for entertaining, with its open living, dining, and gourmet kitchen areas and generous back screened porch. Its not just a rental house - its a true home.

  • Featuring oversized club chairs and twin sofas, the living room has seating for plenty of guests. The gas fireplace and FrameTV ensure that ambiance will be perfect for your visit.

  • Behind pocket doors, tucked off to the side of the living room is a perfect spot for an afternoon board game or quick conference call. The built-in bookcases display local curiosities and vintage books, as well as a Sonos record player.

  • The generous back porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon nap or game of ping pong. Furnished with two chaise lounges, a cocktail table & chairs seating arrangement - this is where you will find the people & the fun!

dining areas

The fully equipped kitchen & dining areas are outfitted with plenty of glassware, cooking utensils, dishes, and high-end appliances to accommodate up to twelve guests.

  • Outfitted with brand new Miele appliances, French Lacanche range, built-in coffee maker, beverage refrigerator, Vitamix blender, crockpot, flatware, glassware and dinnerware for 12. The kitchen island seats four for meals.

  • The dining room seats six guests comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island, study game table, and outdoor porch table. It is outfitted with a wine refrigerator and beverage drawers for all of your happy hour needs!

the bedrooms

This 3,000 sq. ft. house is cozy enough for a couples stay and ample enough for several families. It can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. There are 2 primary suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms and steam showers.

  • The primary suite, located on the main level, is furnished with a king bed, new Beautyrest Black mattress & new linens. This bedroom features an ensuite bath with a steam shower and freestanding tub.

  • This bedroom, located on the second story, is a duplicate primary suite, complete with a king bed and steam shower.

  • This second level bedroom is newly furnished with double queen beds. It shares a ensuite (tub/shower combo) bath with Bedroom #4. Can sleep up to 4 guests.

  • This bedroom has two built-in twin beds and two trundle twin beds. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom #3. Can sleep 2 guests in each bunk and 2 guests on the trundles.

the extras

The house is located in the Moreland Village neighborhood of Palmetto Bluff. We want to ensure our guests have all of the amenities that make a vacation enjoyable! Here are a few extras that we offer to our guests.

  • Each bedroom is furnished with a luxury mattress & linens, smart tv with complimentary Netflix, Amazon, and Spotify accounts.

    The house comes fully equipped with a 6-seater golf cart, four adult bikes, along with a ping pong table, and dart board.

    Our gorgeous pools are open year round and perfect for a sunny nap or respite from your fun-filled day. With a daily fee, guests have access to the pool and snack bar. The Vitamin D is free!

    If activity is exciting and you have a desire for sport, then the many activities on property will keep you busy! Resort activities include, tennis, pickle ball, croquet, bocce ball, golf, Longfield Stables & trail rides, kayak and paddle boards, Cole’s bowling alley, and the Boundary Game Room.
